Crusted Dijon Cod: our last HelloFresh meal

Okay, so we have reached the end of our HelloFresh box. Definitely been an interesting test on meal delivery service (but unfortunately one my boyfriend and I won't be continuing). So our third meal in this box was a Crusted Dijon Cod with Dilled Fingerling Potatoes and Roasted Broccoli (which unfortunately we could not eat the broccoli due to it being already spoiled). I definitely have to say that this recipe is one that we can't wait to make again for ourselves and I'm glad I get to share this with you. Alright, so y'all ready to get cookin? Well you know we have to gather our ingredients first! We will need: Fingerling potatoes (12 oz) Dill (1/4 oz) Parsley (1/4 oz) Garlic (2 cloves) Lemon (1) Panko Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup) Cod (12 oz) Dijon Mustard (2 tsp) Alright, whose ready to start cooking?! Wash and dry the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Pick fronds of dill and discard stems. Finely chop fronds

Winner Winner Chicken Orzo Dinner: Hello Fresh delivered Straight to my door

The name caught your attention didn't it? Well when you are done with this meal you will feel like a winner winner! I am back with another HelloFresh meal, and like always I have made my changes and can't wait to share them with you! So whose ready to get cookin? Well you know how it goes, you have to keep reading to see how it turns out! Our ingredients include: Italian seasoning Orzo pasta Chicken Breast Lemon Parsley Parmesan Cheese Alright lets get cookin! Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once water is boiling, add the orzo and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked to your desire. Standard cooking time is 9-11 minutes for an al dente finish.  Drain and then return to pot Time to butterfly your chicken (unfortunately our chicken breasts were so thin that this step was impossible to complete, so we had to take a different approach to cutting our chicken). "Hello Fresh" food: Turkey Enchiladas

Hello y'all, so I know y'all have been waiting for my other two recipes from my previous Hello Fresh box, but with many issues, the other two meals could not be made. Hesitant to try another box of Hello Fresh, my boyfriend and I decided "Okay just this once and then if there are still problems, no more." So new box, new week, and so far it has been good. Last night my boyfriend and I made Turkey Enchiladas. This is something I have always wanted to try and make, but never knew what ingredients i needed or even where to start. So thank you Hello Fresh for this first step in the right direction. Now my perception of making this dish was that it was going to be complicated and take long to make... well can I just say that I was completely wrong. I never knew something I loved so much could be so easy. My boyfriend and I decided that the next time we are going to use chicken instead of turkey!
