Crusted Dijon Cod: our last HelloFresh meal
Okay, so we have reached the end of our HelloFresh box. Definitely been an interesting test on meal delivery service (but unfortunately one my boyfriend and I won't be continuing). So our third meal in this box was a Crusted Dijon Cod with Dilled Fingerling Potatoes and Roasted Broccoli (which unfortunately we could not eat the broccoli due to it being already spoiled). I definitely have to say that this recipe is one that we can't wait to make again for ourselves and I'm glad I get to share this with you. Alright, so y'all ready to get cookin? Well you know we have to gather our ingredients first! We will need: Fingerling potatoes (12 oz) Dill (1/4 oz) Parsley (1/4 oz) Garlic (2 cloves) Lemon (1) Panko Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup) Cod (12 oz) Dijon Mustard (2 tsp) Alright, whose ready to start cooking?!
