Pull up a seat at Eli's table and let them serve up breakfast in the Lowcountry

Y'all know of the most important meal of the day... breakfast, but I bet you have never been to a place as amazing as this; especially in the low-country.  Well travel down to Charleston, South Carolina and let this amazing restaurant serve you up some low country breakfast.

Located at 129 Meeting Street, Eli's table is a local favorite for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With outdoor patio seating and live Jazz music on Wednesday night, this is the place to get a great taste of Charleston. Breakfast, which is served everyday from 7 am-3 pm, you will have to make the time to have breakfast here and have some Eggs Benedict or sweet potato pancakes.

Now y'all are probably staring off to your left at that amazing plate of food. Yes you can stare, but aren't you curious about what it is? Well keep reading and I'll tell you exactly what it is and the other great breakfast dishes I encountered on my trip to Eli's table.

Pictured left is a Low country Benedict smothered in gravy. English muffins topped with crispy fried oysters, poached eggs, wilted spinach and tasso ham with a side of breakfast potatoes, you just got served the best southern breakfast anyone could ask for. Now I recommend you getting a fork full of everything, because in one bite you will want to keep eating until the whole plate is gone. Trust me, like I know you do, this is one breakfast you will want to come back for again and again. But keep reading and I'll make your breakfast choice even tougher... because that's what I do lol

Now looking right I bet you are disliking me because I made your breakfast decision that much harder. Sorry, but the decision was tough for me, but ya need to fend for yourself and make this tough breakfast decision.

This is another take on an Eggs Benedict but add the mix of Crab cakes and you have yourself one special low country breakfast. On top of two English Muffins sits southern fried crab cakes, two poached eggs, remoulade, arugula and served with a side of breakfast potatoes. Take one bite and you will be in heaven. The mixture of poached egg with crab cake is a perfect combination and will have you going back for another bite.

So you think this is all I had? Well think again... keep reading and see what "sweet" breakfast treat I indulged in.

Order up these Sweet Potato Pancakes topped with confectioners sugar and pecans and you will not be disappointed. Smothered with maple syrup you will want to devour these pancakes in minutes, but trust me, even on my hungriest day I couldn't finish them.

So have I made your decision on your next meal choice? I sure hope so! The next time you are wondering where to go for a good meal, sweet treat or homemade recipe, come right here and this southern girl will take care of you.

Remember: Missy's Munchies is the munchies fix to help your munchies kicks!

Happy Eating Y'all!
