Hey y'all! I know that it has been a while since I last wrote, but I have been testing out a lot of new recipes and discovering new places to go eat and I can't wait to share them with y'all! This one I am about to share with you is one that I got from my favorite Food network Chef Ina Garden! Ever tried her Scalloped Tomatoes?! Alright y'all, this next post will make you pack your bags, hop in the car and take a trip down to Charleston,SC! Being a Navigator of Charleston, my job entails learning about great places to send people to go eat (I mean how much better could it get?!) Well this place is one that I will continue to recommend to guests over and over and I recommend it to y'all as well! Fleet Landing is a great water front dining experience with some of the best seafood you could ever have. Keep reading though, because I have awesome pictures and great descriptions of the amazing meal I got to indulge in!   So when you first enter this location, you suddenly feel like you are boarding a boat, ready to go out to sea.. well just the Charleston Harbor Inlet. Now y'all know that I love cooking things up in my own kitchen, and their really isn't an ingredient I won't try or see how I can make it delicious. This next recipe is one that I will make over and over again and trust me you will too! These little slices of Zucchini make a pop in your mouth and keep you going back for just one more (until the whole plate is gone)! All you need for these little crisps are cheese, olive oil and sliced zucchini. If there are two things you know about food in the south it is 1) everything is fried and 2) it's unhealthy with loads of calories! Well if y'all know me by now, you know that I love southern food, so I will indulge in anything, even if it is fried and unhealthy! But we are getting off the topic, today's post is about something so amazing, you want to know how to make them in your own home.  So I recommend y'all taking a trip to a restaurant called Carolina Ale House! It is a place that has a little something for everyone, but let me share with you my favorite item(s) on the menu!
